Confused about Medicare benefits?

Thanks to a much improved website, MyMedicare.gov offers a simple-to-use portal for accessing your Medicare information.  The site, which is part of the government’s site at www.Medicare.gov even allows you to personalize information about your particular benefits.

There is no charge for using the site and it’s secure, too.  This helpful site allows you to check a wide variety of information, such as the status of your eligibility and your enrollment in various Medicare programs like the government’s prescription drug insurance.  If you are enrolled in Medicare Part D, the site allows you to manage your list of prescriptions including printing out a special report to share with the health care professionals you use.

The site is simple to use and offers finger-tip information you’ll find helpful and easy to understand.
